Ways to Give
AUM is currently in the early stages of its formation. We have made gratifying progress operationally with our Center for Executive Education, our English Language Institute and soon, our Global Executive MBA program in partnership with the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. However, we will need significant resources to move to the next step of hiring key administrators and faculty, developing courses, recruiting students and preparing to build a campus.
This is a critical time, during which the basic foundation of the university is being laid down and that foundation needs to be strong. A university such as ours will bring untold benefit to the country and to the region, but as a non-profit, non-governmental private institution it depends on support from all its stakeholders: our Board of Directors, our other donors, potential students and their families, the business sector, our education partners, potential faculty and staff, existing staff, the government of Mongolia, the diplomatic community (especially the U.S. Embassy in Mongolia), suppliers of goods and services to the university, and the broader civil society in the country that stands to benefit from the university’s impact.
As AUM develops there will be many programs created to accept funding across the whole spectrum of the university’s needs. Here are some of the ways in which you as an individual or as an organization can contribute:
- Current Gifts
- Unrestricted Funds
- Designated Funds
- Annual Gifts
- Student Scholarships
- Faculty Support
- Matching Gifts
- Memorial/Tribute Gifts
- Endowments
- Friends of America – Mongolia University
- Support for the Capital Campaign
The most immediate need for the University now is to receive unrestricted donations or annual gifts that can support day-to-day operations. However, we would be pleased to discuss any form of giving that you as an individual or representative of an organization would like to consider.
